Operations Analyst (Hong Kong Office)
Job Description:
- Co-ordinate with internal and external parties to ensure all queries and issues are resolved
- Analyze operation metrics, identify issues and process inefficiencies
- Monitor all portfolio activity within our fund. Liaison with analysts on the activity and valuation of the investments
- Gather and document necessary information from our trade settlements department on open ticket items
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and special projects, when required
Requirement:
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical / problem solving abilities
- Ability to work under immense pressure and able to show strong characteristics
